How do I join CARF or renew my membership?

Simply complete a membership form and mail it to the Secretary/Treasurer

along with a check for your annual dues. New members are issued a permanent CARF number.

Where is CARF located?

CARF does not have a main office or headquarters. It consists of hundreds of Christian amateur radio operators in North America and around the world. Members annually elect three officers who serve on a volunteer basis: President, Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer.

Does CARF publish a newsletter?

Yes, a quarterly newsletter is normally published in January/April/July/October. It includes net and missionary contact schedules, along with news of the members and interesting articles. Tell me more about the CARF Net?

CARF is affiliated with the independent Christian churches and churches of Christ. The CARF Net is open to all Christian amateur radio operators who enjoy a time of fellowship, daily devotion and prayer. CARF meets on-the-air Monday-Saturday at 7:00 a.m. EST on 3.930MHz with the following net control operators:

CQ, CQ, CQ... This is the Christian Amateur Radio Fellowship. This net is affiliated with the independent Christian churches and churches of Christ. The purpose of this net is to promote fellowship among Christian amateur radio operators and to exchange news of the missionaries, Christian colleges and churches. Standbys will be held every quarter hour for additional check-ins. "Come now, let us reason together," says the Lord. "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow."
