CARF Booth #5105 (Building 5 Hertz) has been reserved at the Dayton Hamvention – May 15-17, 2026 – Greene County Fairgrounds & Expo Center in Xenia, Ohio.
We have scheduled at least two people to work the booth (meeting and greeting people and handling out CARF business cards) for each two-hour shift as scheduled below. Also note the opportunities for group photos and the dinner scheduled for Saturday evening.

Gordon, I happen to see that a forum that I was hoping to be in happens to be at the same time as when I’m scheduled to work. Wondered if I might swap with you and Ellen or someone else? Wondered how that could be worked out? I see that there’s 3 signed up for the Friday 11 to 1.
